The alert warns of moderate to strong rain in the Amazon region, with isolated events in the northern Coast.

Temperature Ranges

The forecast lists the following temperature ranges:

• Coast: 23.5 C to 31.5 C
• Sierra: 9 C to 17.5 C
• Amazon: 18.5 C to 28 C
• Galapagos: 24 C to 30.5 C

UV Levels

The forecast also says ultraviolet radiation levels will be between very high and high.

The practical advice is to avoid prolonged sun exposure and use appropriate protection, even if rain is also in the forecast.
